How to promote the event?
Leading up to the expo, it is essential to make your participation known to (potential) contacts. Together with you as an exhibitor, we aim for a trade show floor filled with quality visitors! To promote your trade show presence through all possible channels, we provide you with various tools to promote your participation and make it an even greater success.
In My Easyfairs, you will find various marketing materials under ‘Invite Customers & Prospects,’ in the folder labeled ‘Marketing Materials.’ The folder currently contains the expo logo and several banners. Use the logo and banner in your planned marketing communications leading up to your trade show participation, both in print and digital formats. This way, you can make your presence known through various channels to reach the most relevant target audience as possible.
Tip: You can use the marketing materials and banners on your website, in your email signature, or in your digital newsletters. In your online communications, you can refer to the website or the registration portal.
