Kamplan has been a dealer of AZA dry feed installations for over 35 years. AZA is the inventor of the cable transport system and has placed quality high on its agenda since the early years. Over the years, the cable transport system has often been copied, but the quality has never been equalled.
The essential components such as bends, hoppers and drives have been sustainably constructed from the start and have been further developed and improved over the years. Because Kamplan combines the high-quality products of AZA with high-quality and sustainable products, you can safely say that the quality of a Kamplan dry feed installation is basically of a high level.
This is reflected in the ease with which a Kamplan dry feed installation proves its reliability, in a market where more and more is being demanded of the capacity, operating hours and lengths of a dry feed installation and the types of feed to be processed.
For example, Kamplan is currently the only standard that works with a “Magnelis” feed tube. This is in contrast to the widely used “sendzimir” galvanized tube. “Magnelis” feed tube has been specially tested in an ammonia-rich and humid environment. The tests show that the “magnelis” feed tube is significantly more resistant to these conditions than the standard “sendzimir galvanized” feed tube.
From the early years, Kamplan has worked with great attention to the development of control techniques. Over the years, the market has increasingly demanded “custom” control technology. Because Kamplan has developed this from within its own organization and put it into practice, a great deal of knowledge has been gained in this area. This has aroused the interest of a large German automation company with whom it is currently collaborating. The major advantage is the further development of control techniques and a wide range of possibilities when it comes to dry feed installations with computer-controlled feeding systems in particular.
