Unimix Einblasrohr
Der Scan-Air „Unimix“ Einblasrohr sorgt dafür, dass die Luft in Ihrem Stall perfekt verteilt wird. Mit dem einzigartigen Luftverteiler kann die Luft jederzeit in die gewünschte Richtung gelenkt werden. Der eingebaute Umluftteil sorgt dafür, dass warme Stallluft mit der einströmenden Außenluft gemischt werden kann. Dies macht das System besonders geeignet für Gleichdruckbelüftung in Ihrem Geflügel-, Kälber-, Schweine- oder Ziegenstall. Das Gleichdrucksystem besteht aus sowohl Einlass- als auch Auslassrohren. Die Menge der eingeblasenen Luft kann auf die Menge der abgeführten Luft abgestimmt werden. Auf diese Weise verhindern Sie unerwünschte Leckluft durch Auslaufklappen oder offene Türen. Das Unimix-Rohr wird vollständig aus schlagfestem Kunststoff und Edelstahl gefertigt, was das System hygienisch und langlebig macht. Das Unimix-System ist in den Durchmessern ø645 / ø730 / ø820 / ø920 erhältlich. Der Luftverteiler ist einfach einzustellen, indem die Edelstahl-Lamellen in die gewünschte Richtung gestellt werden. Hindernisse wie Pfetten können so leicht umgangen werden. Um Kondensation zu vermeiden, ist der obere Teil des Rohrs isoliert. Das isolierte Rohr ist in HDPE-Kunststoff oder PUR erhältlich. Mittels des Belimo-Motors, der mit einer Drosselklappe verbunden ist, wird der Umluft-/Außenluftanteil bestimmt.
