What will you be doing?
As a prospective real estate specialist, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that works daily with unique properties in rural areas. You’ll contribute to the sale, valuation, and advisory services for properties such as agricultural businesses, estates, farmland, and detached houses with rural character. No two days are the same: you’ll visit unique locations, speak with diverse clients, and contribute to complex issues.
From day one, you’ll be actively involved in ongoing projects. You’ll support the preparation of advisory reports, valuations, and sales strategies. You’ll analyze market developments and help identify opportunities for our clients.
While you gain practical experience, we’ll guide you toward recognized certification (for example, Registered Valuer or Registered Real Estate Agent LV), so you can develop into a fully-fledged specialist in rural and agricultural real estate.
What do you have to offer?
A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree;
Experience or strong affinity with real estate and the agricultural sector;
An eye for commercial opportunities and market developments; An eagerness to learn and ambition to grow;
Strong communication skills and customer-focused;
A valid driver’s license (B).
