How does it work?
- First, register for the Dutch Pork & Poultry Expo: After registration, you will receive an email to create your account in the Easyfairs NL app.
- Download the Easyfairs NL app: The app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
- Set up your profile: Tell us your interests, company details, and what you’re looking for during the event.
- Start matching: Begin exploring our recommendations, connect with industry professionals, and plan your visit.
- Enjoy the Dutch Pork & Poultry Expo: With your schedule at hand, you can focus on making new connections and gaining valuable insights!

The app will go live approximately two weeks before the event. At that time, you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
Visitors, speakers, and exhibitors can log into the Easyfairs NL app, where they can stay updated with the latest event news and connect with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers. With the app, they can:
- View the knowledge program and schedule sessions in their agenda
- Network with other visitors, exhibitors, or speakers
- Plan meetings with others during the event
- View speaker and exhibitor information
- Consult the floor plan
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL. Alternatively, click on ‘Download the app’ in the welcome email you receive.
After registering for the event, you will receive a welcome email to activate your account for the Easyfairs NL app. Enter the email address you registered with and the registration ID/badge ID from the welcome email. Then, create a password, which you will use to log in from then on.
Click on the Help? button in the app to get in touch, so the email can be sent again. Alternatively, you can email uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.
In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with them or schedule a meeting.
Under ‘App users,’ you can see all the app users. If you want to contact, for example, another visitor of the event, search for that person and click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate your interest.
The entire program is visible in the app under the “Program” section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking the ‘Add to agenda’ button next to the session.
Under ‘Recommended for you,’ you will see recommendations specifically tailored to you, such as exhibitors, stand personnel, other visitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies, or skip them.
