About the position:
The Operations team is the driving force behind our company and our calling card for customers. As an Operations employee, you are the first point of contact for our farmers and supply chain partners.
You will primarily do this by phone, email, and WhatsApp. You enjoy delving into customer needs and identifying the underlying needs to find the most suitable solution. You will often receive questions about our pig software, but you can also expect administrative and/or basic software-related questions. Where necessary, you’ll connect customer needs with the specialized knowledge of your colleagues.
You’ll provide instruction and help customers with questions about the operation of our software and the value of data. You speak our customers’ language. You’ll also actively contribute to the professional growth of your team and help optimize processes. You’ll therefore regularly collaborate on projects with colleagues from various specializations.
