When DSNRG is awarded a project, we start with a business-economic preliminary study. In this initial phase, we determine which technology and capacity are most suitable to realize the most profitable installation possible.
In the implementation phase (phase 2), we ensure everything proceeds according to plan. We prepare a detailed specification that outlines all technical, qualitative, financial, and legal requirements. This specification is sent to multiple specialized suppliers to encourage competitive bids.
DSNRG proposes at least two suppliers, and the client adds at least one more. The offers are evaluated based on our specifications, where we weigh completeness, technical solutions, price, and delivery time through a decision analysis. We then advise on which supplier best fits the client’s needs.
During execution, DSNRG closely monitors to ensure the supplier adheres to the agreements made. We conclude the implementation phase with a final delivery and an inspection to guarantee quality.
With this approach, we fully relieve our clients and guarantee high-quality, sustainable energy solutions.
