The Washpower C100 crate cleaner. When washing potato crates automatically, one person can wash up to 40 crates per hour and control the entire process from a forklift truck. This feature provides a significant saving in labour hours and at the same time a significant improvement in the working environment, as many strenuous hours with a high-pressure cleaner are saved.
The C100 is initially loaded with 8 crates. Once the first 4 have been cleaned, they are removed and 4 dirty crates are placed. The process continues, allowing a seamless
exchange when the next 4 clean crates are exchanged for the dirty ones.
