The Winterwarm DXA is a conventional gas-fired warm air heater suitable for poultry sheds and greenhouses.
For many years poultry farms have heated by so called “open flame” heaters like the DXA. It is a relatively low-cost heating solution; the sheds can be heated with minimum investment. The efficiency is 100 % as all generated energy remains in the building. Obviously, this type of installation requires good ventilation to ventilate the combustion gasses and water vapour to the outside.
