Most original trade fair promotion
Do you stand out with a fun trade fair promotion or visitor approach, and is your promotion linked to the Smart Badge Reader or Visit Connect? Then you have a chance to gain extra visibility!

Most scans via Visit Connect
Visit Connect is the tool that helps you structure conversations, ensuring efficient follow-up of your leads after the fair. The exhibitor with the most scans wins an online promotion package.

Most scans Smart Badge Reader
Who gets the most out of their badge reader will be rewarded. The exhibitor with the most Smart Badge scans also wins a promotional package.

Personalize Smart Badge Reader
If you have an EasyGo Plus package, you receive two Smart Badge Readers. Do you have a GoPlus package? Then we offer the option to personalize the second Smart Badge Reader free of charge for your trade fair promotion! It’s up to you to add the promotion to My Easyfairs, for example as a product, and link the second Smart Badge Reader to it (no later than 3 weeks before the fair).
Please note: personalization is possible until September 19, 2025. Submit the information for your promotion on time to take advantage of this extra service. Uploading an image is optional, but providing your company logo is mandatory.

Win a free stand!
Exhibitors can participate again this year in the Rebook promotion. Book your stand for the next Dutch Pork & Poultry Expo edition before the end of the last fair day (by 7:00 PM) for a chance to win a free 24 m² stand.
The winner will be surprised at their stand around 8:00 PM on the last fair day. Participation is easy by booking before the fair or during the event in the Exhibitors’ Lounge.
A great opportunity to secure your spot and possibly attend the next edition free of charge.
