Ultimate In-Ovo
In-Ovo vaccination is a modern way of vaccinating chicks when they are in their late stage of embryonic development. Chicks are better prepared for a healthy future, because they are still in their protected environment during vaccination. In this way, the embryos build up their immune system even before hatch in the most animal-friendly way. The Ultimate In-Ovo is fully equipped for this purpose and offers additional benefits to both the hatchery and the chick. These include little to no stress for the chick, but also time savings for the hatchery.
Chick Vision
ChickVision of Innovatec is a vision system powered by artificial intelligence for vent sexing day-old chicks. The device is suitable for both broilers and layers. By means of a camera, ChickVision recognizes the gender, based on the presented vent. The device immediately shows the result with a constant output quality, unaffected by distraction and/or fatigue. With over 98% accuracy, the technology and its accuracy have been validated on tens of millions of several genetic strains of day-old chicks over the past years. Continuously Innovatec is adding more genetic strains to the AI library of ChickVision. Innovatec offers a training session by an experienced vent-sexer of the company. During this training, the operator is explained how to present the day-old chick correctly to the camera. Correct presentation increases the accuracy; a trained operator can reach a capacity of up to 1000 day-old chicks an hour. The hatchery proof, compact design of ChickVision can be integrated in production lines, or used as a stand-alone device. The design is easy to clean and to maintain.
CLEANchick dual technology
Biosecurity is one of the most critical factors in keeping your hatchery clean and ensuring the health of your flock. Eggs containing dead embryos, potential exploders, or contamination, pose a significant health risk to your hatchery. Addressing these hazards promptly is essential to maintain a healthy environment. By removing these eggs on the transfer day, you minimize the risk of contamination and reduce bacteria levels. This helps prevent chicks from becoming infected during hatching.
