De machines kunnen afzonderlijk te werk gaan of worden opgenomen in een productielijn, waar het in- en/of uitstapgebied wordt aangepast aan de eisen van de klant. De gebruiker van de machine kiest via een menu op het bedieningspaneel de gewenste configuraties (productcombinatie, ontwerp gravering, werkformaat). Het product kan in bulk of in een doos bij de ingang van de machine worden geplaatst. De transportband vervoert de producten naar het markeringsgebied. De machine beschikt over een automatisch detectiesysteem en analyseert de positie van het product, vervolgens word het product gemarkeerd. Eenmaal gemarkeerd, wordt het product via transportband naar de uitgang verplaatst.
